Field Service Engineer, Additive Manufacturing

Firestorm Labs is seeking a skilled and driven Field Service Engineer (FSE) to join our growing team, supporting the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HP 3D printers and adjacent additive manufacturing equipment. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines delivering high-caliber service, ensuring uptime, and helping customers maximize the value of their 3D printing systems. You’ll be joining a mission-driven company pushing the boundaries of advanced manufacturing, with a direct impact on customer success and product performance. As the face of Firestorm Labs in the field, you’ll ensure exceptional technical support and customer satisfaction. We're looking for someone who’s equally comfortable with hands-on troubleshooting, clear technical communication, and supporting cross-functional teams like engineering, and operations. This role involves working with cutting-edge additive manufacturing technologies to support defense and drone production, contributing to the reindustrialization of America by enabling rapid, on-demand manufacturing for critical defense needs.
