Robotics Engineer

Founders Inc is an early-stage venture focused on building transformative companies in emerging domains, including hard tech and reindustrialization. This Robotics Engineer role is for developing the future of urban delivery through self-driving autonomous robots, blending mechatronics, full-stack software, and AI technologies like VLMs for navigation and operation. You will design and build robotic systems for efficient, scalable delivery solutions, potentially incorporating domestic drone elements for last-mile logistics. Responsibilities include hardware prototyping, sensor integration, control systems development, and testing in real-world urban environments. With a team of ambitious builders, you'll contribute to revolutionizing American manufacturing and supply chains, in a pre-seed like setting with high autonomy and impact. If you're locked in on creating cracked innovations, this is your chance to shape the next generation of hard tech.
