CNC Machine Shop Lead

Oversee the prototype shop CNC machining customer parts on-demand in our quick-turn manufacturing operation. Ideal candidate is detail-oriented, with strong CAM skills (Fusion 360 preferred), organizational instincts, and interest in manufacturing/operations. Role involves running CNC production, ensuring quality, and supporting rapid prototyping for hardware companies. finalREV is building decentralized, automated metal part manufacturing with on-demand CNC services (3/5-axis, millturn) in Berkeley. Technical founder with background from Neuralink and Atomic Machines. Early-stage hard-tech/machine shop company focused on accelerating hardware development.
