CNC Machinist - 2nd Shift

Allen Control Systems (ACS) is a cutting-edge defense startup developing small, autonomous gun turrets (Bullfrog) that use advanced computer vision and control systems to target and neutralize drones and loitering munitions. Founded by two former Navy electrical engineers with prior successful exits. We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist to support prototyping, manufacturing, and assembly of complex parts. Responsibilities include setting up and operating CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis machines; programming with G-code or CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360); reading and interpreting GD&T drawings; performing maintenance and troubleshooting; inspecting parts with precision tools; and collaborating with engineers to optimize processes. Requires 5+ years CNC experience, proficiency in programming/setup/operation, inspection tools, and shop equipment. Competitive salary, equity, health/dental/vision, PTO.
