Factory Technician

We supply custom-cut aluminum and other metals to aerospace and defense manufacturers using software and automation. We are hiring Factory Technicians for shifts in Detroit to operate industrial saws, bandsaws, CNC equipment, and material handling systems. Load, measure, cut, and inspect aluminum plate, bar, and rounds to spec. Follow cut lists and production schedules with precision. Take ownership of shop cleanliness, safety, and handoffs between shifts. Hands-on factory or skilled trades experience preferred. Equity offered. Full-time onsite roles with growth opportunities.
