CNC Machinist - 2nd Shift

Allen Control Systems (ACS) is a cutting-edge defense startup developing a small, autonomous gun turret that employs advanced computer vision and control systems to precisely target and neutralize small drones and loitering munitions. We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist to support prototyping, manufacturing, and assembly. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to innovative production processes in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other multi-axis machines to manufacture complex parts according to engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Program CNC machines using G-code, CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360), or manual programming for prototypes and production runs.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including proper use of PPE, and maintain a clean, organized workspace in line with lean manufacturing principles.
