Support design, optimization, and implementation of production processes for AI-driven robotic gun turret systems (Bullfrog) to counter drones. Allen Control Systems is a defense startup founded by former Navy engineers, scaling from R&D to high-rate production in a new 191k sq ft factory. Roles involve process development, assembly methods, automation, CAD/CAM, SPC, and building complex electromechanical hardware for Pentagon and allied customers.
