Early-stage hard-tech company in precision CNC, automation, and R&D hardware (Seed/Series A stage with technical founders). Facilities in Emeryville and Santa Clara, CA. Role: Own precision machined parts from start to finish in our prototype machine shop. Interpret drawings, program CAM (Fusion 360, Mastercam, etc.), design fixtures, operate 3-5 axis mills, live-tool lathes, waterjets, lasers. Tolerances to ±0.0005". Inspect, document processes. 3+ years CNC experience in high-mix low-volume preferred. Swing or day shifts available. $45-55/hr + equity/benefits. Related to finalREV manufacturing initiatives.
